The duration of treatment is 2-3 months or more, after which the dose is gradually reduced to maintenance. Nausea and vomiting: 5-10 mg 3-4 times / day. Elderly, debilitated or debilitated patients usually require a lower initial dose, if necessary and taking into account tolerance, it is gradually increased.
Side effects: drowsiness, dizziness, insomnia, dry mouth, decreased or increased appetite, amenorrhea.
Contraindications: brain injury, heart disease, depression of the central nervous system, pregnancy, breastfeeding period.
