How to use and dosage.

For chronic gout, 250 mg 2 times a day.
When treated together with antibiotics in adults 500 mg 4 times a day.
For gonorrhea, 1 g 30 minutes before antibiotic administration.

Side effects: nausea, vomiting, anorexia, sore gums, headache, dizziness, fever, itching, redness.
Contraindications: acute attack of gout, urolithiasis, porphyria, pregnancy, children under 2 years of age.
